2. How to Request a Return

Provide the order number and reason for the return, along with clear photos of the product and packaging when necessary.
Wait for the request to be reviewed and receive approval and instructions for completing the return process.
Please do not send any product to the store without obtaining prior approval from Customer Service.
3. Return Shipping
Responsibility for return shipping costs varies depending on the reason for the return:
If the return is due to an error on the part of Pharmafection, such as receiving the wrong product or a product defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to a change of mind or an error on the part of the customer, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returned products must be sent to a SMSA office according to the instructions provided by the Customer Service team.
Please ensure that the product is securely packaged and that the shipment remains trackable.
4. Refunds
After receiving the returned product and inspecting its condition, the Pharmafection team will inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected.
If the refund is approved:
The amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
The refund process takes 7 to 14 business days.
An email notification will be sent once the refund has been completed.
Important Notes
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

5. Exchanges
A direct exchange option is currently unavailable for products.
If you would like to receive a different product, you can return the original product according to the return conditions and then place a new order for the product you wish to purchase.
